Meet One Of Our Speakers
If you are a social landlord or tackling tenancy fraud, you probably already know Andrew Lane. He will be joining us to share something a little different…
Andrew Lane is a Public Law and Social Housing barrister at Cornerstone Barristers. He is also a member of the Social Housing Law Association Committee and is set to bring his unique and thought-provoking insights to our event. His presentation is sure to spark engaging discussions and make our conference a must-attend for all social housing and counter-fraud professionals.
Andrew is a well-respected author, law practitioner, and housing barrister recognised by Chambers and Partners UK as a star individual with a top ranking in social housing. His expertise focuses on social housing, local government, and public law; he predominantly works for housing associations and public authorities, and importantly, many of his cases have been successful.
As a highly sought-after speaker and tutor, we are delighted to introduce him to members. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive knowledge and best practice, which we are excited to hear at this year’s conference. You can look forward to hearing about Andrew’s masterclass on housing and tenancy fraud – with a focus on Getting The Right Outcome – which will cover topics including illegal subletting, short-term lets (Airbnb, Booking.com), allocation fraud, and much more.
