Lex and Kate join us to talk about their work preparing for the changes to the Forensic Code of Practice. Have you thought about how this will impact you?
This session is especially relevant for organisations working with Communications Data. The mandatory Code of Practice which became effective from October 2023, sets quality standard requirements for Forensic Science Activities related to crime investigation and the criminal justice system in England and Wales.
Are you aware that if you acquire communications data and use cell site analysis for geolocation, your activities are included within the code? It is important to educate your organisation on the new code before 2025, so why not join to hear how Lex and Kate have approached the change within their organisation?
